•    It is important to note that the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage.

•    If the furniture is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

•   For mattresses and bedding products, due to hygiene reasons, they can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened packaging.
